Ik heb een iPod Classic waarvan ik de calendar probeer te syncen met Outlook 2007 maar ofwel loopt de sync en blijkt er achteraf niets te zijn gesynchroniseerd ofwel krijg ik een foutmelding dat ik moet afloggen en opnieuw proberen.
Het synchroniseren van contacts lukt wel zonder problemen.
Na wat googlen lijkt dit zeker geen alleenstaand feit maar nergens vind ik een oplossing tot op heden...

Troubleshooting contacts and calendar syncing
You can sync contacts from Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, and calendars from Outlook, to your iPod (Note: Outlook 2003 or later is required to sync contacts and calendars from Outlook). If you're experiencing difficulty, here are some things to note:
Outlook 2000 is not supported.
Only the primary email address is synced for contacts in Microsoft Outlook Express.
You must have Outlook Express or a full version of Microsoft Outlook to sync information (trial versions of Microsoft Outlook may not work).
In Outlook Express, only office addresses are synced to iPod—not home addresses. In Microsoft Outlook, a home address will be synced if it is the only address.
Nicknames are not synced to iPod.
Exporting contacts and calendars
If you are having trouble syncing your contacts and calendars to your iPod using iTunes 5 for Windows, you can work around issues by exporting your contacts and calendar events to iPod.
Exporting contacts
To export contacts directly from your address book to your iPod, first enable disk use on your iPod if you haven't done so already:
Open iTunes.
Connect your iPod and wait for it to show up in the iTunes Source pane.
In the Source pane under Devices select your iPod. This displays the iPods Preferences in the main window of iTunes.
Click the Summary tab.
Select the "Enable disk use" checkbox.
Click Apply.
To export your contacts from your Microsoft Outlook Express Address Book:
On the Start menu, point to All Programs, then Accessories, and then click Address Book.
Select one of the contacts that you want to add to your iPod.
On the File menu, point to Export, then click Business Card (vCard).
In the resulting window, click My Computer.
Double-click the iPod disk icon.
Double-click Contacts to open the folder.
From the Save as type menu, choose Business Card (vCard) Files (*.vcf).
Click Save.
Repeat steps 2 through 8 for all contacts that you want on your iPod.
Quit Address Book when finished.
To export your contacts from Microsoft Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook.
Click Contacts.
Select one of your contacts that you want to add to your iPod.
On the File menu, click Save As.
In the resulting window, click My Computer.
Double-click the iPod disk icon.
Double-click Contacts to open the folder.
Choose vCard files (*.vcf) from the Save as type menu at the bottom of the window.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 3 through 9 for all contacts that you want on your iPod.
Exporting calendar events
To export calendar events directly from Outlook to your iPod, first enable disk use on your iPod if you haven't done so already:
Open iTunes.
Connect your iPod and wait for it to show up in the iTunes Source pane.
In the Source pane under Devices select your iPod. This displays the iPods Preferences in the main window of iTunes.
Click the Summary tab.

Choose iCalendar files (*.ics) from the Save as type menu at the bottom of the window.
